Jake Gammon is a researcher, strategist, and senior leader with experience across the UK, USA, and Asia Pacific. He has led diverse teams through growth, restructuring, and transformation - always with a focus on balancing business outcomes with humanity.

As both the founder of Plotline Consulting and a working AI consultant, Jake helps organisations navigate the evolving relationship between people and technology. His current work centres on introducing tools like custom GPTs responsibly - ensuring innovation supports clarity, trust, and human capability rather than replacing it.

He founded Plotline to help organisations lead with empathy, especially in their hardest moments. His approach is built on the belief that clarity, transparency, and respect towards employees elevate performance to levels otherwise unreachable.

As an openly transgender man, Jake is passionate about ensuring diverse voices are represented - and about investing in the development of young leaders who can shape a more inclusive, forward-thinking future.
